About Ms.J

Hello!

My name is Jaelin Henderson, a queer woman from Southern California with a background rooted in food, family, and storytelling. Raised by a chef, I learned early that hospitality is more than a skill—it’s a way of caring for people. Cooking became my love language, and it still shapes how I show up in every part of my work.

For the last eight years, I’ve been dedicated to childcare and youth programs between California and Seattle, building spaces where kids can grow, explore, and feel safe. I bring patience, structure, and a whole lot of creativity to every family I support.

Outside of childcare and cooking, I’m a writer, musician, and enthusiastic LARPer. I thrive on collaborative storytelling and creating immersive experiences, whether through D&D quests, homemade meals, or community events.

My business brings all of these passions under one roof—hospitality, imagination, and care. I’m here to help you create memorable experiences, support your family, and make your everyday life a little warmer, tastier, and more joyful.
